TCS New York City Marathon
The TCS New York City Marathon is the largest marathon in the world with over 53,000 finishers each year from every state and over 100 countries. The race starts in Staten Island and finishes in Central Park in Manhattan. I designed many assets for the New York City Marathon and the events leading up to the race. I designed social media assets, medals, print, and wayfinding and campaign signage. I am particularly proud of the implementation of my idea to color-code the way finding of the informational towers in the start village of the race to the bib color of the runners and their start area.
Signage
Work included new wayfinding system for directional towers at start and finish of the race, photo selection, managing production, and proofing.
Medals

Responsive emails for runners.
Selected spreads I designed from the annual Marathon program. The official program is distributed to all runners and visitors of the marathon expo at the Javitts Center in Manhattan.
Virtual
The New York City Marathon expanded into virtual racing on the sports tracking app, Strava. I designed all different aspects of the product some of which were virtual on web or the Strava App, and some were mailed to participants.
